I certify that I am the owner of the above listed goods, merchandise, and/or property and have good title and the right to sell and that all are free from any and all encumbrances. I agree too accept all responsibility for providing merchantable title and for delivery of title to purchaser. I agree to hold harmless the auctioneers against any claims arising because of any breach of the above certification or failure to convey such good and merchantable title.
